What is your MOQ?
OEM (private label) starts from 1 ton; ODM (custom formula) from 5 tons. We also ship free samples so you can test before committing.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Samples are free and ship within 7 days. You cover only the courier cost for your region.
Can you customize formula, scent and packaging?
Yes. Ingredient ratios, scent, granule size, dust level, flushability and packaging (bags, buckets, boxes, ton-bags) are all adjustable to your market.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, registered with U.S. FDA, and EU REACH compliant (SDS). Third-party test reports (SGS/CTI) are available on request.
Which markets do you ship to?
We have price-advantage lanes to the US, UK and Australia, and can arrange delivery to smaller markets too — FOB, CIF or DDP.
How long from sample to production?
Typically 3 days for packaging design, 7 days for samples, then mass production on an agreed schedule with batch QC.
